Breathe In is our natural remedy in a tub—blended with eucalyptus, lemon, and bergamot to help clear your head, soothe your airways, and lift your mood. A herbal-citrus burst opens the blend, grounded by calming cedarwood and thyme to create a spa-like ritual that resets body and mind.
Made with magnesium-rich salts and antioxidants, it helps relax sore muscles, supports immune health, and brings a bit of vitality back when you’re feeling off. Whether you’ve got the sniffles or just need a deep breath and a reset—this soak’s got you.
Run a warm bath and add a generous handful (about 2–3 tablespoons) of salts under the running water. Give it a swirl to help the minerals dissolve. Then sink in, close your eyes, and breathe deeply—let the eucalyptus and citrus steam do its thing.
Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the magnesium to absorb and the essential oils to work their magic. Best used when you're feeling congested, tired, or need a natural energy reset.

This review is quite important to me, your bath salts are the single best product I’ve found for managing my atopic eczema (mild to moderate)!! Baths are always good for it but (particular hard water areas) leave my skin drying out hard afterwards… but not with your bath salts, particularly the lemon thyme, something about the natural oils and salts not only leaves my skin feeling better after but also keeps the condition under control with just a few baths a week, and no need for daily moisturiser as standard any more! Everyone’s eczema / skin is different but verdant alchemy really makes a difference to mine, I can recommend trying it either way as if it makes no difference it’s a real lovely bath! FYI for anyone who is using it for eczema, I don’t use very much of the salts, I can get 4 plus baths out of one packet easy, too salty and it would probably be dehydrating and happily just a little makes a insane difference. Writing a lot but I’ve spent 35 years looking for a simple solution to my skin issues - thanks Verdant Alchemy!
