We blended lemongrass, basil, and grapefruit essential oils for a fresh, herbal lift—perfect after yoga, Pilates, weight training, or any kind of movement. With a base of epsom salts and Dead Sea salts, it helps your body recharge, replenish lost minerals, and find its flow again. Whether you’ve just rolled up your mat or hit your limit for the day—this is your soak.
Add a generous handful (2–3 tablespoons) to warm running water and swirl to dissolve. Soak for 20 minutes or more to allow the magnesium and minerals to absorb, easing sore muscles and recharging your body.
